1. CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS



All products sold by Pretty Cute Prints are custom-made and printed on demand, including but not limited to:


  • UV Wraps
  • DTF Transfers
  • Custom Canopies
  • Stickers
  • Banners
  • Apparel
  • Business Branding Materials



Because products are custom-produced at the time of purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.





2. ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT POLICY



By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or custom files, you represent and warrant that:


  • You own the rights to the artwork, OR
  • You have written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the design.



Pretty Cute Prints is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork.


You agree to indemnify and hold Pretty Cute Prints harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to your submitted designs.


We reserve the right to refuse any design that:


  • Contains copyrighted material without proof of permission
  • Includes trademarked logos without authorization
  • Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content



All original designs created by Pretty Cute Prints remain the intellectual property of Pretty Cute Prints and may not be reproduced without written consent.





3. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIME



All orders are processed in the order received.


Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.


Production time does not include shipping time.


Pretty Cute Prints is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • High order volume
  • Supply shortages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect customer information



Placing an order confirms you understand and accept posted turnaround times.





4. COLOR & PRINT VARIATION DISCLAIMER



Due to differences in:


  • Monitor displays
  • Lighting
  • Material surfaces
  • Printing processes



Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen.


Such variations are not considered defects.

 

 

 

5. APPLICATION RESPONSIBILITY (UV WRAPS & DTF)

Proper application of UV wraps and DTF transfers is the responsibility of the customer.

Pretty Cute Prints is not liable for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Application errors
  • Overheating transfers
  • Surface preparation mistakes
  • Peeling due to improper use

No refunds or replacements will be issued for application-related damage.

 

 

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


Pretty Cute Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.


Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.


We are not responsible for:


  • Business losses
  • Missed events
  • Profit loss
  • Third-party usage
  • Installation errors


 

 

 

7. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

 

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks will be disputed with documentation including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Tracking information
  • Production records
  • Customer communications

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse future service
  • Recover chargeback fees and administrative costs
  • Pursue legal remedies if necessary

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.


After 24 hours:

Production begins

  • Materials are allocated
  • Labor is scheduled

No cancellations or modifications will be accepted beyond this timeframe.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.


Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
