Refund policy


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products are custom-made and printed on demand, including but not limited to:

 


  • UV Wraps
  • DTF Transfers
  • Custom Canopies
  • Stickers
  • Banners
  • Custom Apparel
  • Business Branding Materials

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except as explicitly stated in this policy.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Customer design errors
  • Color variation expectations
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing order details before completing purchase.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your item contains a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • You must provide clear photo and/or video evidence.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.


If approved:


  • A replacement will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be provided for defective items.

 

The following do NOT qualify as defects:


  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Improper application of UV wraps or DTF transfers
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer mishandling

 

 

 

4. MISSING ITEMS

 

Claims for missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.


After verification:

  • We may issue a refund for the missing item, OR
  • Reship the missing product at our discretion.

Failure to report within 48 hours voids eligibility.

 

 

 

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pretty Cute Prints is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

6. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Improper chargebacks including but not limited to:

  • Delivered items
  • Production delays within posted turnaround times
  • Claims without supporting documentation
  • Failure to follow this policy

will be disputed with evidence, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Production records
  • Tracking confirmation
  • Customer communication history

We reserve the right to:

  • Pursue recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs
  • Submit fraud documentation to financial institutions
  • Refuse future service
  • Seek legal remedies where applicable

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may constitute theft of services under applicable law.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

 

 


After 24 hours:


  • Production begins
  • Materials are allocated
  • Labor is scheduled

Cancellations will not be accepted after this period.

 

No exceptions.

8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Requests to add, remove, or modify items must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.


After this timeframe:


  • Changes are not guaranteed
  • Additional production fees may apply
  • Orders may already be in production

 

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

Pretty Cute Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Event disruptions
  • Installation errors
  • Third-party usage

10. CALIFORNIA COMPLIANCE NOTICE

 

 

 

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from transactions with Pretty Cute Prints shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

11. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
